- Teapot Card, by Andrew Hodgekins
-
- This is a novel idea, originally shown to me by my Grandmother! These
- draw files contain a pattern for a very unconventional greetings card.
- The card, when completed, is in the shape of a teapot. There is a short
- verse inside, and a teabag, with which to make a cup of tea. Just the
- thing to cheer someone up.
-
- Load up the 'Outline' file and, leaving the teapot outline as it is,
- import a graphic of your choice, or simply leave it blank and add your
- own design afterwards. Now print the teapot. If your printer can
- handle card, then this is far better. Alternatively, you can stick the
- paper onto cardboard, or photocopy it. Now load up the 'Inside' file.
- A verse is included, but you can edit this. Don't move it's position
- though. Now print the inside of the card on the back of the last sheet
- of paper, cut out the teapot, stick in a teabag, and there you have a
- very original card idea.
-
- The whole thing was designed on a 2Mb Acorn 3010. Although public
- domain, if these cards are to be used for a personal, profit making
- scheme (not a charity event) i.e. if you are ripping off my design to
- make money for yourself, then ease your concience and send me a small
- donation to:
